Clara Percy, 91 of Farmersville was born on September 5, 1925 and passed away on August 31, 2017. She was born to Henry & Minnie Fowlkes in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Clara married Jack Percy on August 13, 1942 in Coweta, Oklahoma and they just celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary. Together they had two daughters Jackie who was born in Oklahoma and Vickie who came along after they relocated to California. After twenty years of service she retired from Sprague Electric. Clara Percy, 91 of Farmersville was born on September 5, 1925 and passed away on August 31, 2017. She was born to Henry & Minnie Fowlkes in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Clara married Jack Percy on August 13, 1942 in Coweta, Oklahoma and they just celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary. Together they had two daughters Jackie who was born in Oklahoma and Vickie who came along after they relocated to California. After twenty years of service she retired from Sprague Electric. In retirement she enjoyed spending time with her family, most of all her grandchildren. She also enjoyed her many trips to Hawaii with her daughters, Black Friday shopping trips with her daughters & granddaughters. Clara loved reading, sewing Halloween costumes for her grandchildren, playing Skip-Bo and puzzles. And in her later retired years enjoyed going to the local casinos with Jack.

Clara was preceded in death by her grandson, Greg Doss. She is survived by her husband Jack Percy, daughters Jackie (Tom) Doss, Vickie (Mike) Torres. Her grandchildren Kristin (Keith) Gilbert, Jenny (Kris) Morgan and Grant Torres. Great-grandchildren Cole Ralston, Taylor Gilbert and Oliver Morgan.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Glory Days for their compassionate care given to their mom & grandma. They would also like to thank Optimal Hospice Care, Missy Castro and Bill Davenport.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday September 9, 2017 at 11:00 am at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Ave., Visalia.
