Rebecca "Becky" Leigh Loyd-Kelch, 52, of Visalia, California, with great sadness passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017 while surrounded by her loved ones.
Becky was born in Hanford, California to loving parents, Gordon Henry and Clarice Cora Loyd. Raised in Visalia, she attended Royal Oaks Elementary, Divisadero Middle School and then graduated from Redwood High School, Class of 1983. She went on to graduate from College of Sequoia's in 1985 with an Associate's Degree in Arts. She then graduated from Fresno State in 1987 with a Bachelor's in Arts of Radio and Television. She...

Rebecca "Becky" Leigh Loyd-Kelch, 52, of Visalia, California, with great sadness passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017 while surrounded by her loved ones.
Becky was born in Hanford, California to loving parents, Gordon Henry and Clarice Cora Loyd. Raised in Visalia, she attended Royal Oaks Elementary, Divisadero Middle School and then graduated from Redwood High School, Class of 1983. She went on to graduate from College of Sequoia's in 1985 with an Associate's Degree in Arts. She then graduated from Fresno State in 1987 with a Bachelor's in Arts of Radio and Television. She did her internship with KMJ, worked for American Red Cross teaching CPR and then worked for Able Industries, where she was an advocate for people with disabilities. Becky worked for Tulare County WID Program where she utilized her marketing skills. She was last employed by the Lockwood Agency in which she truly shined in her marketing and media skills. One of her favorite events was the World Ag Expo. Becky had many accomplishments including Green Acres Little Theater, Tulare County Mayors Committee, Tulare County Education Foundation and numerous other organizations.
Becky loved to do beading, gardening and was an avid shopper. She was very intelligent and always knew exactly what to say to others. Becky was creative, compassionate and very classy.
Becky is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Jim Kelch of Visalia; her daughter Ashleigh and Patrick of Tulare, her son Ryan and Jessie of Visalia and son Jacob of Visalia; a very special grandson James Noah Kelch; her brother, sister, nephews and nieces and many friends.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 11 am at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Ave., Visalia, CA.
