Sarah "Evelyn" Hall, also known to many as Mama Hall, of Visalia, California, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 in Visalia, California. She was 86.

Evelyn was born in Northview, Missouri on June 16, 1930 to George and Mary Bryant. She received her early education in Webster County, MO, graduated from Marshfield High School. After moving to Tulare County in 1963 where she was a loving mother and homemaker. In 1969 she began working at Bailey's Manufacturing where she worked for many years. Sarah "Evelyn" Hall, also known to many as Mama Hall, of Visalia, California, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 in Visalia, California. She was 86.

Evelyn was born in Northview, Missouri on June 16, 1930 to George and Mary Bryant. She received her early education in Webster County, MO, graduated from Marshfield High School. After moving to Tulare County in 1963 where she was a loving mother and homemaker. In 1969 she began working at Bailey's Manufacturing where she worked for many years. She later worked at the Star Laundry as a Press Operator. After leaving Star Laundry she became a homemaker and a loving day care provider. Evelyn married William H. Hall in Visalia in 1976 where they made their home and raised their family. She was a member of the Sierra Baptist Church of Visalia. The many hobbies she enjoyed throughout her life were cooking, sewing, crafts and reading. Evelyn especially enjoyed times spent with her family and going to her grandchildren's sporting events.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William in 2007; her parents George and Mary; two brothers Leonard and James; two sisters Patty and Georgia; son -in -law Gene Burton and grandsons Jason, Jonathan and Scotty.

Evelyn leaves to cherish her memory her children, Mary Hall (William) of Whitehall, Montana, Randy Barton (Sonja) of Elderwood, CA, Edith Perkett of Porterville, CA, Ruth Ann Phelps of Marshfield, MO, Nancy Cervantes (Sal) of Visalia, Raymond "Sonny" Barton (Sue) of Fordland, MO and Linda Burton of Temecula, CA; Angel Soria, Chelsea Klaseus and Cece Henderson; five sisters, Jane Masters (Denny), Patricia Wilkerson, Eloise Dyche (Joe), Peggy Robb (Don) and Laura Pinkerton, brother-in-law James Masters, all of Missouri and 22 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren .
